    Free shipping is never free! Other sites that claim to offer free shipping actually mark up their stock to include shipping charges.

    For example: Our site has an item listed at $14.95 with a flat rate ship of $5.99. Our competitors site offers the same item at $19.95 and offers free shipping on all orders over $25.00.

    1. At KidsWearhouse.net you have ordered 3 garments at $14.95 Each and have paid the $5.99 shipping charge. Your total bill at KidsWearhouse.net is $50.84.
    2. At the competitors site you have ordered 3 of the same garments at $19.95 Each and have qualified for the "Free Shipping" Your total bill at the competitors site is $59.85.
    3. By shopping at KidsWearhouse.net, you have saved $9.01.

    Do you have a size chart?
     
    At this time, we do not have a size chart online. Because Kidswearhouse.net  offers items from many different vendors and sizes often vary across brands, we are unable to offer a single generic size chart. Feel free to email an inquiry about a particular item and we will do our best to give you the size info of the manufacturer in question.

    Is the clothing irregulars or seconds?

    All of our clothing is 1st quality. If an item does have a defaced label or is irregular it will be disclosed in the description and offered at a deeply discounted price.

    Why are your prices so cheap?
    Kids Wearhouse is a division of Kids Wholesale Wearhouse. We do much of our own importing, eliminating the middleman, therefore, the savings is passed onto you.

    How do you ship?

    We have several different means of shipping, depending on the size of the order, we choose the most cost effective method to ship. One or two items we would probably opt to send via the Postal Service. Larger orders would normally ship ground service with DHL, Airborne Express or UPS. You do, however, have the option to have your order shipped to you via Priority mail.

    What are your shipping charges?
    Our shipping charges are a flat rate of only $5.99 ground service (5-10 business days) or $7.99 priority handling (2-3 business days) for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders please e-mail us for a quote, as shipping is somewhat higher. Our goal is to make internet shopping fun, affordable and convenient. Shipping charges are basically offset by what you would be paying in sales tax had you purchased your childs clothing at a local department store.

    If I don't like something can I return it?
    Yes, you can return your item within 14 days if you do not like it.You will be issued a replacement or given a store credit towards future purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please follow the guidelines when returning an item.

    How can I pay?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover (through Paypal).

     If you would like to pay through Paypal we do have an account. Our account ID is: contact@kidswholesalewearhouse.com

    Please e-mail us with your paypal order and we will send you a request for payment.

    Is it safe to give my credit card information online?

    Yes, we do process your card on our secured server. In efforts to prevent credit card fraud, we do ask for your CVC, which is your security code found on the back of your card. We also run a check to make sure that all information matches with what you have provided such as name, billing address and card code security. If it does not match up, your order will not be processed and you will be notified.

    Why was an item on my order not shipped?
    Our website is updated several times a day, excluding weekends. We try our best to have current inventory information available. If an item is almost sold out and we have numerous orders that have been placed within a short period of time and they all are asking for the same item, then most likely, everyone will not be able to have that style.  Also, if we are down to the last of an item and happen to find something wrong with the garment, then we will not send it. If you card has already been charged then we will issue a refund of the item.
