We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will give you an in house store credit of the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping. At our discretion, we may issue a credit back to your card or send a replacement, if in stock.. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.The only time a return shipping credit is given is if there was an error on our part.
If you are unsatisfied please notify us within 21 days of receipt of shipment to receive return authorization. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED. The original purchaser may return an item for STORE CREDIT, less shipping, within 21 days of the receipt of shipment date.ALL RETURNS MUST REACH US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF GRANTED AUTHORIZATION.If you return items without authorization or after the 21 day return period, a credit or refund will not be given. If you would like the items back, you will need to pay for the return shipping, otherwise, we will consider the items to be forfeited and they will be donated to a charity of our choice. Entire orders that are returned as undeliverable, rejected or cancelled will be charged a 25% restocking fee and only a store credit will be given for the remainder.
Merchandise that has been sent as a gift can only be returned by the recipient for store credit. We can not give cash (or cash equivalent, checks, etc.) or credit the gift recipient's credit card for returns. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items must not be soiled or washed. Items returned without tags attached will be given store credit for the return. If we find any items to be soiled, worn or altered in any way, a credit will not be given. If you would like the items sent back, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. If unwilling to do so, the items will be forfeited and donated to the charity of our choice.
All returns must be accompanied by the invoice copy. When you return an item, contact us for authorization and approval, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNWORN CONDITION WITH THE TAGS. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
