Domestic - US States and Territories

We offer a choice of shipping options using USPS or UPS services. On this site, we set a maximum shipping costs for ground shipping and priority shipping, so even if your package costs more to ship, we'll pay the difference.

Our shipping calculator finds the best prices depending on the weight of your purchase and the shipping address, so you'll never pay more than $6.00 for ground shipping, or $7.50 for Priority, and you'll often pay less.

Why don't we give free shipping? - There's no such thing as free shipping - stores that offer free shipping have added the maximum shipping cost for each item into the price of the goods. If you don't live in a Zone 8 shipping location, or if you buy several items, you will save money on your order buying through us, as we pass on all shipping savings to you.

It is strongly recommended that you select Priority mail if shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories, since we have experienced delays up to several weeks when shipping to these locations using First Class Mail.

On checkout, we also quote a price for Express Mail, which is more expensive but in most cases provides a next working day delivery. If you need next day delivery, please contact us to ensure that we can ship your order in time. Generally, we need to receive your order by 12pm to ensure that we can meet the deadline for Express Mail shipping.

We email tracking numbers for all shipments sent, which can be tracked on the US Post Service or UPS websites as appropriate. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your Spam email folder.

If you prefer a shipping method that isn't shown at checkout, please write your request in the "Special Instructions" box on the Shipping checkout page. To save time, you can choose the Express Mail shipping option and we will refund any overpayment when we arrange your shipping.

International Shipping

We have shipped to over forty Countries around the World, and have found that USPS International Shipping is by far the most cost-effective method.

Our Shipping Calculator shows the cost of shipping using a variety of shipping options provided by the US Post Service. Packages under four pounds in weight (approx 1.8kg) are eligible for International First Class shipping, but please bear in mind that this option does not provide a tracking option, and in our experience delivery can take up to four weeks.

Shipping costs shown are for delivery only. Your Country may charge import tax, and your Post Office may charge a Customs processing fee. Please research the import costs before placing an order with us since these are outside of our control.

Although we do provide tracking numbers for your packages, the tracking information available on the USPS web site is dependent on information provided by the local Post Service in your Country. The availability of this information varies from package to package even within the same Country.

The shipping costs quoted on this website are our best estimate at the time the order is placed based on known product weights and estimated package material weights and sizes. We do rely on information provided by third parties for the shipping calculation. Where possible we shall honor the prices quoted, and issue a refund if the cost of packing and shipping is less than quoted. In the event the shipping calculator provides a shipping price that is substantially less than the cost of shipping, then we may requote the shipping cost. If the new shipping cost is not acceptable to you, then we will immediately make a full refund of any payment made for the order.
