PRODUCT RETURNS
Policy
We want you to be happy with your KidsWearhouse purchasing experience, so we will accept returns for any reason. Please note that in order to be able to refund credit card transactions, we have to receive the items back within 28 days. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice copy. When you return an item, contact us for authorization and approval, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNWORN CONDITION WITH THE TAGS. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Refunds
If a product does not arrive in good condition we will exchange it and give you an in house store credit for your return shipping cost. If we do not have a replacement in stock, we will refund your credit card or at our discretion issue an in house store credit for the full cost of the item.
If an item does not fit, or you wish to return it for any other reason, we will accept the item if it is unworn, in merchantable condition and with all tags and labels intact and attached to the clothing. Refunds for items returned where KidsWearhouse are not at fault (including size issues) will not usually include credit for return shipping, though we reserve the right to refund return shipping without binding ourselves to do so for all returns.
In most cases, we will refund your credit card for the full cost of the returned items. In the event of persistent returns for reasons other than correction of our order processing errors, we reserve the right to provide a refund in the form of Store Credit.
Entire orders that are returned as undeliverable, rejected or cancelled will be charged a 25% restocking fee and only a store credit will be given for the remainder.
Merchandise that has been sent as a gift can only be returned by the recipient for store credit. We can not give cash (or cash equivalent, checks, etc.) or credit the gift recipient's credit card for returns.
How to Return Goods
- Contact us by phone or email to tell us about the problem and to get authorization to return the goods
- Repack the items and return them to the address given below
- Please note that any applicable shipping refunds will be given based on the most cost-effective USPS or UPS ground rate
