With every manufacturer the sizes run a bit different. For example a 6/12 might be a bit roomier than lets say a 9 month. If you could email me with the brand I will send you their particular sizing chart. Most of the standard sizes such as 3,6,9,12,18,24 normally run within a pound or two in difference. We are working on a page which will list the different brands with the weight/height for each. Thank you, Trudy
